Compensation & Perks

• Daily guarantee ($800–$1,000 based on experience)
• 37–40% of collections after ramp-up
• Sign-on or relocation bonus up to $15,000
• Travel stipend for multi-location providers
• Flexible schedules (4–5 days preferred)
• PPO & private-pay patient base (no Medicaid)

Requirements

• DDS or DMD
• Eligible for Rhode Island licensure
• Patient-focused and team-oriented
