Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the technology or finance sectors.
Strong understanding of technical processes, system architecture, and legacy modernization strategies.
Excellent ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable engineering requirements.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with cross‑functional stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working in fast‑paced, transformation‑driven environments.
Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or related fields are desirable.
Responsibilities
Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to system modernization projects.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams and project managers to define technical specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Conduct deep dives into existing legacy systems to understand their architecture, limitations, and integration points.
Support the planning and execution of system transitions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Develop comprehensive documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical requirements.
Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical teams to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
Participate in testing, validation, and implementation phases to ensure deliverables meet specified requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.
