Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Delivery in an OKR outcome and value-based approach.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure requirements translate effectively into intuitive user experiences.
Break down complex requirements into clear, deliverable outcomes that align with product goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product backlogs, plan sprints, and deliver roadmap objectives.
Actively support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user acceptance testing.
Lead requirements and discovery workshops, mapping business processes, workflows, and systems.
Serve as the primary contact for requirement clarifications, ensuring blockers are identified and resolved quickly.
Evaluate product performance and stakeholder feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Criteria
2+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Owner in a software development environment.
User persona and journey mapping with visualisation tools such as Miro or Mural.
Previous experience using Jira and Confluence.
>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Demonstrated experience in Agile delivery, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Desirable Criteria
Experience in the Financial Services sector such as insolvency or debt management.
