Part-time, 4 hours/day Role Overview
One of our clients is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support their senior design team. This role is ideal for a designer who is confident working within established brands, enjoys developing concepts into polished executions, and wants exposure to high-quality brand and campaign work across digital and print. You will take ownership of smaller projects while supporting larger ones, helping shape ideas, produce versions, and maintain consistency across touchpoints. Key Responsibilities
Designing within existing brand identities while maintaining consistency and quality Creating digital marketing and social media ad campaigns, including: Static ads, Carousels, Social templates Producing campaign assets for digital platforms Designing and preparing print-ready artwork, including brochures and marketing collateral Mocking up branding systems and collateral for Presentations, Case studies, Pitch and internal studio documents Supporting concept development and producing multiple design routes or versions Managing smaller projects independently while supporting larger studio work Must-Have Qualifications
Experience in brand identity design, marketing design, and social media campaign design Working knowledge of print design, including layout, artwork setup, and basic print production considerations Strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills Confident working from brand guidelines and extending them thoughtfully Comfortable producing variations, amends, and refinements efficiently Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop Organised, reliable, and able to manage deadlines Clear communicator who takes direction well and asks the right questions Nice-to-Have
Motion or basic animation experience Experience working within a studio or agency environment Familiarity with preparing work for client-facing presentations
