ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Manager to join our growing Family Office Practice. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of family office structures and services, who can manage multiple client engagements, lead internal teams, and provide strategic guidance to our high-net-worth clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned family office clients, building and maintaining strong, trusted advisor relationships.
  • Oversee and coordinate the delivery of integrated services, including: tax compliance and planning (individual, trust, estate, gift, and entity-level), financial reporting and budgeting, bill payment, cash flow management, investment performance tracking, estate planning, and philanthropic strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of staff and senior accountants, providing training and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the firm's tax, audit, and advisory teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Review complex tax returns and financial statements; ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Participate in strategic planning and execution for the Family Office practice, including business development, client proposals, and process improvements.
  • Monitor developments in tax law and industry trends to provide proactive advice to clients and internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • CPA preferred.

Experience:
  • 6+ years of experience in public accounting, wealth management, or a multi-family office environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Strong technical expertise in individual, trust, estate, and partnership taxation.
  • Deep understanding of family office operations, governance, and intergenerational wealth transfer.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

Compensation:
  • Competitive annual salary in the range of $140,000 to $180,000 based on the individual's experience level.
