• Full-Time
Compensation
Base salary: $45,000–$55,000 annually, depending on experience. Performance-based bonuses and commission opportunities. Benefits package, including Company Medical reimbursement thru the Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA), and 401(k).
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and weekends as needed. Occasional flexibility for evenings or weekends, based on client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and personalized solutions for each client. Consultation: Conduct virtual or in-person consultations to understand customer needs, offer tailored recommendations, and present product offerings. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry contacts to foster trust and loyalty. Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with prospects, answer questions, and guide them through the sales process to ensure satisfaction. Collaboration: Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of custom orders. Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in the CRM system. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with product offerings, pricing, and industry trends to confidently address customer inquiries.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, customer service, or a related field. Experience in home improvement or custom design solutions is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with customers. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and address customer needs effectively. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional results as part of a team. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
