This is an analytical-first role (not data engineering-heavy). Your impact will be measured by data quality, insight, and reliability — not pipeline complexity.
Your responsibilities will include
Write advanced SQL for analysis, reporting, and validation
Build and maintain analysis-ready datasets in a cloud SQL environment
Identify and fix data quality issues across multiple sources
Support data migrations, schema changes, and legacy clean-up
Translate business questions into clear, actionable analysis
Partner with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to improve data capture
You will have these skills/experience
Strong SQL
Experience with data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
Hands‑on data migration experience
Strong understanding of relational data models
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Nice to have
Experience with legacy or messy data
Exposure to cloud data platforms
BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Understanding of ETL from an analytical perspective
