We’re seeking an experienced Applications Support Analyst/Developer to join our growing FinTech team. This business‑critical role will lead the support for a new digital platform, ensuring smooth operation and exceptional service for internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver 2nd and 3rd line support for digital applications, resolving issues within SLAs
Minimise downtime and drive continuous improvement across web/mobile platforms
Collaborate with test and development teams to support production and project environments
Contribute to IT strategy, roadmaps, and solution design discussions
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience supporting digital/web/mobile applications
Strong SQL and Azure KQL queries
Linux scripting expertise
Experience managing IIS‑hosted digital solutions
Experience in supporting ETL/ELT solutions like Azure Data Factory, SSIS packages
Highly Desirable
BigCommerce website support
Redis platform experience
Microsoft Dynamics 365
API support and monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Azure App Insights)
Other Microsoft Azure services like Logic Apps, Function Apps, Databases, storage accounts such as blob or ADLS
RabbitMQ, BizTalk integration tools
Web technologies including Angular, .NET, JSON
