Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities, ensuring all systems are functioning properly.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues through work orders.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Supervise and coordinate with other maintenance staff or vendors as needed.
• Execute residential painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic quality of facilities.
• Perform repairs or modifications to equipment or structures.
• "On call" coverage on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience in residential painting techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with work orders maintenance requests.
• Strong maintenance/carpentry skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
