• Salary Range: $60,000 to $80,000 + Commission & Bonuses

o Earning potential of 100K to 125K annually

• Full Time: 40+ hrs./5-day work week (Monday to Saturday)

o Must be able to work retail hours & 2 Saturdays per month

Responsibilities:

• This role reports to the Regional Manager
• Ensure client relationships are built & follow up is completed on all jobs
• Recruit, hire & assist in training new staff members
• Oversee sales, promotions, pricing & campaigns
• Set & review sales goals
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review overall company performance goals & other relevant information for each month
• Complete periodical performance appraisals of sales team & record all appraisals within staff records
• Work with leadership team to select & merchandise floor displays
• Collaborate with other managers to plan & manage store promotions
• Handling & resolving customer complaints
• Approve all legal documents to ensure accurate for accounting, human resources & legal purposes
• Analyze profit & loss statements, prepare & monitor annual budget, monitor accounting procedures & cash flow, complete an annual break-even analysis & other accounting-related responsibilities
• Help to maintain the showroom by keeping samples, displays, and common areas neat, current, and clean
• Expected to complete aspects of sales role:

o

Create a positive customer experience

o Build strong client relationships & ensure consistent follow-up

o Assist clients in making flooring & design selections

o Keep up to date on the wide selection of products & services

o Provide sample suggestions, review space/area measurements, create project estimates/proposals, calculate the number of materials needed, Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years' proven work experience in Luxury Retail Management, Flooring Sales Management, Construction Superintendent, or similar role
• Valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite & social media platforms
• Proper phone etiquette & professional demeanor
• A positive attitude & desire to exceed expectations
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends & sales patterns
• Ability to guide & mentor sales team
• Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving ability
• Strong personal & professional judgment

Ability to adapt & respond quickly to customers' needs & wants

• Organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
• Advanced time management skills & detail oriented
• Knowledge of the flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train)
