Responsibilities and Duties:
Oversee daily construction-site operations, including problem‑solving and completing required documentation to ensure projects finish on time, on budget, and to quality standards. Monitor field employees' performance, update levels, and conduct periodic reviews. Develop internal leaders by providing direction, training, and fostering teamwork and a positive culture. Ensure all field personnel complete required training, documentation, and safety procedures. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain timely delivery of materials and services. Implement quality-control practices to ensure consistent workmanship across projects. Identify, source, and deliver needed tools, supplies, and equipment throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct weekly site visits and attend progress meetings; promote safety, organization, and productivity. Attend weekly staff meetings and post weekly manpower schedule by 4pm each Thursday. Manage customer relations and address client concerns appropriately. Assist with flooring application as needed.
Experience and Qualifications:
3+ years of superintendent / supervisory experience Proven experience in resinous flooring applications Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to construction activities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and exhibit strong leadership Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications. Valid driver's license and clean driving record
