Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
• Ensure all areas are sanitized properly, paying special attention to kitchens and bathrooms using appropriate cleaning agents.
• Maintain floor care by performing sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning as needed to preserve flooring quality.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage household chores like organizing spaces and assisting with light cooking or meal prep when required.
• Follow safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures to uphold health standards in every residence.

Experience
Candidates should possess prior janitorial or custodial experience, ideally within residential or hotel settings. Experience with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is highly valued. Familiarity with carpet cleaning tools and floor care machinery will be advantageous. A background in housekeeper management or hotel housekeeping roles demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills are essential for building trust with clients and ensuring a positive experience.
