Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
  • Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, presenting our products and services with clarity and confidence
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals by understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines effectively
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and follow-up campaigns
  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting efforts

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and close deals effectively
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or technology sales environments
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar tools for managing customer data and sales activities
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to articulate value propositions clearly
  • Demonstrated ability in inside sales, outbound calling, and marketing strategies to generate leads and grow revenue
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of motivation and organization
