Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties

  • Assist with property showings, open houses, and client appointments to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and maintaining accurate records of transactions
  • Support marketing initiatives by creating promotional materials, updating listings, and leveraging social media platforms
  • Coordinate communication between clients, agents, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless interactions
  • Conduct research on market trends, property values, and local regulations including Fair Housing laws and real estate law
  • Prepare and review documents related to property sales, leases, and legal compliance to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations
  • Assist with property management duties such as tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and maintenance requests
  • Negotiate offers and terms on behalf of clients under supervision to help close deals effectively
  • Maintain organization of files, contracts, and correspondence for easy access and audit readiness

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate administration or property management is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus—able to interact confidently with diverse clients
  • Knowledge of negotiation techniques to support sales processes effectively
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies specific to real estate is advantageous
  • Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and local real estate laws ensures compliance in all dealings
  • Customer service orientation with a friendly yet professional demeanor
  • Administrative experience with proficiency in office software tools such as MS Office or CRM systems
  • Knowledge of property management practices enhances overall support capabilities
