Duties
- Assist with property showings, open houses, and client appointments to ensure smooth operations
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and maintaining accurate records of transactions
- Support marketing initiatives by creating promotional materials, updating listings, and leveraging social media platforms
- Coordinate communication between clients, agents, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless interactions
- Conduct research on market trends, property values, and local regulations including Fair Housing laws and real estate law
- Prepare and review documents related to property sales, leases, and legal compliance to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations
- Assist with property management duties such as tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and maintenance requests
- Negotiate offers and terms on behalf of clients under supervision to help close deals effectively
- Maintain organization of files, contracts, and correspondence for easy access and audit readiness
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate administration or property management is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus—able to interact confidently with diverse clients
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques to support sales processes effectively
- Familiarity with marketing strategies specific to real estate is advantageous
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and local real estate laws ensures compliance in all dealings
- Customer service orientation with a friendly yet professional demeanor
- Administrative experience with proficiency in office software tools such as MS Office or CRM systems
- Knowledge of property management practices enhances overall support capabilities
