s a luxury custom homebuilder based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, building high-end custom and luxury spec homes across three affiliated brands. We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to oversee larger, more complex luxury homes and reduce day-to-day oversight from ownership. This role blends construction expertise, design awareness, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple luxury custom home projects simultaneously
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for schedule, quality, and execution
• Coordinate with superintendents, designers, ownership, and vendors
• Review budgets, timelines, and construction strategy
• Conduct regular site visits and proactively resolve issues
• Ensure projects align with company standards for craftsmanship and efficiency
• Communicate with company owners and provide project updates as needed

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 or more years of experience managing luxury or custom residential builds
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, quality control, and design intent
• Comfortable leading without micromanagement
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to modern construction systems
• Willingness to relocate to or commute within the Tulsa area

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time, W2 Employment
• Pay: $80,000 to $100,000 annually (based on experience)
