Job Title: Project Architect (High-Level Production Lead)

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Must be based near Hollywood, FL for weekly design workshops)

The Role

We are partnering with a recognized architecture firm seeking an experienced Architectural Professional to provide high-level production support to the firm's leadership. This is a strategic role for a technically proficient architect who operates with a high degree of autonomy.

While this position offers remote flexibility, it is critical that you are based on the East Coast of Florida (Hollywood area) to facilitate weekly or bi-weekly in-person charrettes and coordination workshops with the Project Lead.

Scope of Practice

You will serve as the technical right hand to the lead architect, driving projects from Design Development through Construction Administration. Your primary focus will be the comprehensive production of contract documents and the technical execution of complex design concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Delivery: Execute and coordinate working drawings and contract documents with precision, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout all phases.
• BIM Coordination: Leverage advanced Revit proficiency to manage complex models and coordinate with engineering consultants.
• Code & Constructability: Apply a deep knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and fire protection standards to resolve technical challenges early in the design process.
• Project Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for project management and external consultants, ensuring schedule alignment and quality control.
• Site Representation: Conduct job site reviews and manage Construction Administration (CA) workflows, including RFI responses and submittal reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent accredited degree.
• Software Proficiency: High-level fluency in Revit is non-negotiable. Proficiency in Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and Enscape is strongly preferred.
• Core Competencies: Strong grasp of construction detailing, jurisdictional code requirements, and the ability to manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
