CDJR of Ft. Thomas, part of the Jeff Wyler Automotive Family, is looking for a solid Service Advisor who knows how to work a busy service drive and take care of customers the right way.

We're a high-volume Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram store with steady warranty work, recall traffic, and a loyal customer base. If you can manage multiple RO's, communicate clearly with techs, and keep customers informed, you'll do well here.

What the Job Looks Like:

• Greet customers in the service drive and write accurate repair orders
• Handle CDJR warranty repairs, recalls, maintenance, and customer pay work
• Recommend factory-required maintenance and needed repairs honestly
• Work closely with technicians and the shop foreman to keep jobs moving
• Provide clear updates to customers throughout the repair process
• Manage CSI and follow up when needed
• Keep paperwork clean and compliant

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
• CDJR experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable working with warranty claims, recalls, and maintenance schedules
• Strong communication skills — with customers and technicians
• Able to handle a fast-paced, high-car-count service department
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
