Team Lead (Gameplay, Party Host & Guest Experience)
Location: Marietta, GA 30066
Pay: $13–$15/hour (BOE)
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: Typically ~5-6 hour shifts; evenings, weekends, school holidays/breaks. Some weekday shifts available.

Be part of the opening team at Georgia's FIRST indoor Nerf-style play arena — where high‑energy fun, friendly competition, and great memories are made every day We host open play, parties, camps and corporate events for kids and adults.
About the Role
As a Team Lead, you'll be the go-to on the floor, guiding the team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and helping create unforgettable experiences for guests. You'll gain hands-on experience in leadership, problem-solving, scheduling, and working directly with ownership—in a high-energy, fun environment that's perfect for building your resume or strengthening college and job applications. Ideal for students or young professionals seeking management experience and entrepreneurial exposure.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise a team of highly valued Team Members during shifts, ensuring everyone is engaged, on-task, and energized.
- Assist as needed with scheduling and shift coordination for the team.
- Assist in prepping the facility for the daily operations and schedule.
- Assist as needed with birthday party scheduling, coordination, logistics for customers.
- Oversee birthday parties, group events, and arena gameplay, making sure transitions are smooth and guests have a top-tier experience.
- Step in to run check-in/out, referee games, party host or check-out equipment as needed.
- Serve as the point of contact for questions, issues or escalations, problem-solving, and on-the-fly decisions during shifts.
- Mentor new Team Members and provide guidance on best practices, operational flow, POS systems, safety, and guest engagement.
- Support light administrative duties, including shift notes, incident reports, and inventory checks.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and a professional yet fun atmosphere throughout the arena.
- Assist with creating social media content, creation, filming or promotional activities.
- Partner with ownership as needed to optimize daily operations, scheduling, and guest experiences.
- Be able and willing to perform all tasks of our Team Members.
Who We're Looking For – The face of our brand
- Ages 18+ with reliable transportation.
- Energetic, outgoing, patient and confident in guiding and mentoring others.
- Strong communication skills, able to interact professionally with parents, guests, and team members.
- Proactive problem-solver who can make smart decisions independently.
- Interested in gaining leadership, scheduling, and team management experience.
- Someone that others can be motivated by and learn from.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or team roles is a plus but enthusiasm and leadership potential are most important.
- More interested in leading the game than scrolling.
- Must have night, weekend and school break availability.
