Job Summary
The Associate Product Manager, Digital Technology & Delivery helps drive the development and optimization of digital solutions aimed at enhancing the overall digital experience for Together Credit Union. This role will manage the planning, delivery, optimization and support of applications that directly serve our members—such as our online membership application tool, credit pre-approval campaign software, external website, and other digital technologies. This role will work collaboratively with IT, marketing, operations and third-party vendors to support current solutions and contribute to the successful deployment of new member-facing applications.

Product Planning & Management
Support executing product roadmaps for key digital member-facing tools
Analyze member feedback, business needs, and industry trends to identify product enhancement opportunities. Monitor KPIs and product performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, application completion rates)
Application Support & Maintenance
- Provide tier 3 support for member-facing applications, resolving issues and escalating as necessary
- Monitor application performance, logs, and incidents; ensure uptime and optimal functionality
- Coordinate and perform application updates, patches, and configuration changes
- Assist in troubleshooting product issues and identifying root causes
- Recommend and track ongoing improvements based on data insights and member behavior
Project & Release Coordination
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Marketing, IT, Lending, and Member Services to gather and refine product requirements
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), regression testing, and production validation processes
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and integration partners to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
Required Qualifications
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in product management, business analyst or application support ideally in digital or fintech environments
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management, business analyst or application support ideally in digital or fintech environments
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA's)
A representation of the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform this job competently.
- Skilled in collaborating across technical and non-technical teams to align product needs with business and member experience goals
- Ability to analyze product performance, member behavior, and qualitative feedback to inform prioritization and decision-making
- Skilled in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and communicating effectively with technical partners
- Working knowledge of digital product delivery practices, including Agile or iterative delivery environments
- Ability to navigate application support and issue management processes, including triage, escalation, and root cause awareness
- Skilled in using data and analytics tools to assess trends, identify opportunities, and measure outcomes
- Ability to influence without direct authority and contribute effectively within cross-functional teams
- Foundational understanding of modern digital platforms, integrations, and data flows sufficient to partner effectively with developers and vendors

Environmental or atmospheric conditions commonly associated with the performance of this job's functions.
- Hybrid (combination of remote & onsite) work environment; requires regular use of online tools, systems, and collaboration platforms
- General office setting when working onsite
- Occasional travel to branch locations, vendor sites, or other business-related locations
- Attendance at offsite meetings, events, or conferences as needed
