Job Description
We are a small, owner-operated outdoor living and pool construction company looking to expand and scale our operations. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong General Contractor background to help lead that growth.
This role is ideal for a hands-on construction professional who has managed projects from initial client call through final close-out and is comfortable taking ownership of multiple residential projects. You will work closely with ownership and play a key role in shaping processes, managing crews, and delivering high-quality outdoor living and pool projects.
Bilingual English/Spanish candidates strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, including:
- Initial client meetings and site evaluations
- Design coordination and budgeting
- Permitting and inspections
- Construction management and scheduling
- Final walkthroughs and close-out
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field crews
- Maintain schedules, budgets, change orders, and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking clients and crews
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and permits
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and project execution
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Requirements
- 15+ years of construction project management experience
- General Contractor or similar leadership background preferred
- Proven experience managing residential construction projects start to finish
- Experience with outdoor living spaces, hardscapes, and/or pool construction
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken; written preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of construction sequencing, budgeting, and scheduling
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
Preferred Qualifications
- High-end residential or custom construction experience
- Familiarity with local permitting authorities and inspection processes
- Experience helping small construction companies grow or scale operations

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday (flexibility required based on project needs)
Pay: $65, $90,000.00 per year
