Job Description

We are a small, owner-operated outdoor living and pool construction company looking to expand and scale our operations. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong General Contractor background to help lead that growth.

This role is ideal for a hands-on construction professional who has managed projects from initial client call through final close-out and is comfortable taking ownership of multiple residential projects. You will work closely with ownership and play a key role in shaping processes, managing crews, and delivering high-quality outdoor living and pool projects.

Bilingual English/Spanish candidates strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, including:
  • Initial client meetings and site evaluations
  • Design coordination and budgeting
  • Permitting and inspections
  • Construction management and scheduling
  • Final walkthroughs and close-out
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field crews
  • Maintain schedules, budgets, change orders, and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking clients and crews
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and permits
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and project execution
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements

  • 15+ years of construction project management experience
  • General Contractor or similar leadership background preferred
  • Proven experience managing residential construction projects start to finish
  • Experience with outdoor living spaces, hardscapes, and/or pool construction
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken; written preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of construction sequencing, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites

Preferred Qualifications

  • High-end residential or custom construction experience
  • Familiarity with local permitting authorities and inspection processes
  • Experience helping small construction companies grow or scale operations

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday to Friday (flexibility required based on project needs)

Pay: $65, $90,000.00 per year
