Store Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency and visual presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional guest service.
• Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate record-keeping for all employees.
• Develop and monitor budgets to optimize store profitability while minimizing costs.
• Implement effective POS systems for smooth transaction processing and accurate sales reporting.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with staff, guests, and District Manager to foster positive relationships.
• Inspire, motivate and hold team accountable.
• Handle administrative tasks related to store operations, including scheduling and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably within a specialty retail store environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus interpersonal interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members while also demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with POS systems and administrative functions related to retail operations.
• Flawless execution regarding visual presentations.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

"The New Jersey base pay range for this position is from $58,144 to $72,680. Salary will be based on prior experience related to the skills required for this position."
