Concrete Coating Installer Technician

EYP Creative Concrete Coatings is a division of Express Yourself Paint, a trusted name in the Triangle area with nearly two decades of experience serving thousands of customers. We specialize in high-performance concrete coating systems designed for durability, beauty, and long-term value.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Coating Installer Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying durable concrete coatings to various surfaces, ensuring flawless finishes that meet our high standards. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills in concrete application, and contribute to transforming spaces with precision and professionalism.

· Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, cleaning, and moisture testing

· Repair surface imperfections including cracks, pits, and spalls

· Install polyaspartic and polyurea coating systems according to company standards

· Broadcast decorative flakes evenly and apply protective topcoats

· Safely operate grinders, vacuums, mixers, and application tools

· Maintain clean, organized job sites before, during, and after installation

· Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

· Communicate professionally with customers and team members

· Load, unload, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials

· Complete installations efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

· Driving and pulling a cargo trailer

· Experience in concrete coatings, epoxy flooring, construction, or a related trade preferred

· Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work

· Comfortable working on hands and knees for extended periods

· Valid driver's license (insurable) and reliable transportation

· Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions

· Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

· Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

· A smartphone to receive emails, work instructions and schedules

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
