Our classes blend mindful movement and strength training — both physically and mentally. We're currently expanding our team and looking for passionate instructors to lead our heated mat Pilates classes.

About the Role

We're seeking an energetic, certified Mat Pilates Instructor who can guide clients through dynamic, music-driven classes in a gently heated room (typically around 90–95°F). You'll create a motivating environment that challenges participants while maintaining focus on form, alignment, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Teach group heated mat Pilates classes using a combination of traditional and contemporary techniques
• Deliver clear, safe, and motivating cueing throughout class
• Offer modifications and progressions for all levels
• Foster a warm, encouraging atmosphere that aligns with our studio's mission
• Maintain class setup, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Contribute positively to our studio community and team culture

Qualifications

• Certified Mat Pilates Instructor (minimum 200-hour certification preferred)
• Experience teaching heated or hot Pilates/yoga classes a plus
• CPR/AED certification (preferred)
• Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and mindful movement
• Reliable, professional, and punctual
• Friendly and encouraging teaching style

Schedule & Compensation

• Flexible schedule (morning, evening, and weekend availability preferred)
• Competitive pay per class, based on experience and class size
