Student Recruiter

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Student Recruiter to join our team and drive the growth of our educational programs. Duties

• 1 is to acquire applications from parents for their child to attend BridgePrep Academy of Doral Middle High.
  
• Develop and execute targeted student recruitment campaigns across multiple channels, including social media platforms, email marketing, school, and in person events.
• Attend local events and meet people while promoting our school.
• Hand out promotional items, flyers and use social media to share what we offer.
• Answer questions from interested families and help them learn more about us.
• Keep track of who you talk to and help organize recruitment efforts with the team.
• Work with other staff to support our school's growth.
• Build relationships with community organizations, and educational partners to expand outreach efforts.
• Assist in organizing campus events, webinars, and information sessions to engage prospective students directly.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, inquiries, and follow-ups.

Experience

• Good communication skills and a friendly attitude.
• Comfortable talking to different groups of people.
• Able to work on your own and manage your time well.
• Experience in customer service, marketing, or outreach is helpful.
• Speaking Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with an energetic approach to engaging diverse audiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
