What You'll Do

As an Assistant Manager in Training, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our venue while learning the ins and outs of management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership: Support the management team in supervising staff, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring team members are motivated and performing at their best.
  • Operations Management: Assist in overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Experience: Help maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with the team to plan and execute events, ensuring every detail runs smoothly.
  • Training and Development: Participate in hands-on training to develop your skills and prepare for a future management role.
