Responsibilities

• Promote products and drive sales through customer engagement.

• Provide product information to influence purchasing decisions.

• Track sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

• Ensure product displays are well-maintained and appealing.

• Gather customer feedback to improve sales approaches.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred but not required.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.

• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.

• Experience in team management or as an assistant manager is a plus.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with others to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and decision-making.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Physical ability to remain standing for the majority of an eight-hour shift.

• Relative work experience in any of the following roles: retail, food and beverage, customer service, brand management, or product representation.
