What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from customers and carriers in a professional and timely manner
- Place outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and resolve outstanding issues
- Maintain accurate and complete customer service notes in the CRM system
- Process client requests and policy changes received via various communication methods
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate suggestions to management
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- 1 to 2 years of customer service or call center experience required
- Experience in the insurance, healthcare, or financial services industry preferred
- Life & Health license (IL) preferred or ability to obtain
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude

- Experience in the insurance, healthcare, or financial services industry
- Life & Health license (IL) or willingness to obtain
- Previous experience in a fast-paced call center environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service best practices
