Supports are needed in Downingtown, Exton, Phoenixville, Kennett Square and the surrounding areas. ALL WORK IS IN CHESTER COUNTY.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Empower adults who have disabilities so they can fully engage in the community.
• Creatively plan activities with your individuals that match their goals and interests.
• Build and establish independence with shopping assistance, daily living tasks, community activities/outings, etc.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for program participants.
• Build meaningful relationships and connections with the people on your caseload.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or GED
• Current and valid driver's license & acceptable driving record as per The Arc's Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Required background checks and clearances (paid for by The Arc)
• Creativity and energy
