Site Execution & Content Publishing

  • Execute daily CMS updates across homepage, PLPs, PDPs, landing pages, and navigation.
  • Maintain structured CMS organization including folders, naming conventions, and asset management.
  • Upload and publish content for campaigns, collections, and promotional moments according to merchandising and creative calendars.

Product Setup & Data Integrity

  • Create and configure product listings including imagery, pricing, variants, attributes, and metadata.
  • Ensure accurate SKU logic, tagging, and collection assignments to support product discoverability.
  • Review PDPs for completeness—copy, imagery, attributes, measurements, and technical details.

Taxonomy, Tagging & Classification

  • Maintain product categories, filters, internal tags, and attributes within the CMS.
  • Apply tagging and classification rules that support merchandising, CRM, and site experience needs.

SEO Execution Support

  • Implement metadata, alt text, URL hygiene, and on-page SEO elements based on direction from CRO/UX and SEO partners.
  • Support internal linking and content updates across PDPs, PLPs, and landing pages.

QA & Site Hygiene

  • Conduct routine QA on all updates, launches, and releases across mobile and desktop.
  • Log and track issues, retest fixes, and escalate findings to development partners when needed.

Developer Coordination & Ticketing

  • Submit clear development tickets with screenshots and issue details.
  • Track ticket progress, timelines, and releases in collaboration with development partners.
  • Conduct basic post-release checks to ensure updates function correctly.

Customer Care Support

  • Provide Customer Care with accurate information regarding new products, promotions, and site changes.
  • Help identify site errors or friction points surfaced by Customer Care and route them to the proper teams.
  • Assist in updating FAQs, policy pages, and CX-related content to improve customer clarity.

Cross-Functional Workflow

  • Work closely with Merchandising, Creative, CRO/UX, CRM, Paid Media, and Analytics to support content execution and maintain data accuracy.
  • Ensure alignment across teams for launches, promotions, and site refreshes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce site operations, digital production, or site merchandising.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus or another CMS platform.
  • Experience working with Customer Care or customer-facing teams is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple tasks at once.
  • Clear, proactive communication skills.

Salary $80,000
