About the Job
Based in Fredericksburg, Virginia we are a leading provider of smart grid and advanced metering products that specializes in real time automation, management and control. We are seeking an Office Administrator that will be responsible for answering calls, filing, preparing expense reports & purchase orders, booking travel/lodging arrangements, preparing shipping documents and other duties as needed.

What you need for this position:
· Proficiency in MS Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel & Access)
· Strong organizational skills are a must
· Experience in expense reports, purchase orders and travel/lodging arrangements
· General correspondence preparation, office filing, special projects, etc.
· Detail oriented
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· High School Diploma or equivalent required
What will help you stand out:
· Experience with QuickBooks and/or Accounts Receivables
· Experience in Human Resources
· Experience with purchasing for manufacturing
· Experience with preparing shipping documentation (i.e. packing slips, bills of lading, etc.)
· Associate's Degree (or higher) in Business Administration or similar field is a plus
