Job Summary
The Medical Assistant II – Front and Back Office at First Person Care Clinic (FPCC) plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient experience by performing both clinical and administrative duties. This dual-role position requires an experienced, compassionate, and efficient professional who is committed to providing high-quality patient care to the diverse Las Vegas community. The Medical Assistant serves as the first point of contact for patients, handling front desk responsibilities while also assisting with clinical tasks to support healthcare providers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient intake and documentation under the supervision of senior staff.
• Ensure that all clinical areas are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Provide support during routine medical procedures.
• Perform data entry of patient information into the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system.
