Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: In-Office
Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 DOE
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (some flexibility required)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable, process-oriented Executive Assistant to the CEO who operates with excellent judgment, discretion, and ownership. This role is designed for a strategic EA who can reduce the CEO's operational load, manage complex priorities, and act as a trusted extension of the executive office.

The ideal candidate thinks in systems, timelines, and dependencies, understands how to manage both business and personal responsibilities seamlessly, and is confident communicating on behalf of the CEO with internal leaders and external professionals.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Operational Support

  • Act as a true right hand to the CEO, reducing daily operational burden
  • Manage complex calendar scheduling, prioritization, and enforcement
  • Proactively identify conflicts, gaps, and inefficiencies in scheduling and workflows
  • Think ahead and manage timelines, dependencies, and follow-ups across multiple initiatives

Communication & Representation

  • Manage the CEO's email inbox, triaging messages and prioritizing action items
  • Draft, respond to, and follow up on communications on the CEO's behalf
  • Communicate directly with legal, accounting, banking, insurance partners, and other external professionals
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal leadership teams

Accountability & Follow-Up

  • Provide consistent task nudges, reminders, and deadline enforcement
  • Prepare weekly recaps, summaries, and next-week priorities
  • Track open items and ensure follow-through across departments
  • Maintain clarity on what is urgent vs. important

Travel & Logistics

  • Coordinate light travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and off-site commitments
  • Assist with expense coordination as needed

Light Personal Assistance

  • Manage select personal tasks for the CEO including:
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Running occasional errands
  • Dry cleaning coordination
  • Personal travel arrangements

Required Qualifications

  • Highly process-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrates excellent judgment and discretion
  • Comfortable managing and communicating with senior-level external professionals
  • Confident in pushing upward and holding boundaries when necessary
  • Strong systems thinker with the ability to manage timelines and dependencies
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working across digital tools (calendar systems, email, task management tools)

Compensation

  • $75,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience

Pay: $75, $90,000.00 per year
