Responsibilities

· Prepare construction sites by setting up forms, installing rebar, and ensuring proper layout according to blueprints and schematics.

· Operate concrete mixers, pumps, and other power tools to mix, pour, and finish concrete surfaces.

· Execute concrete forming, finishing, and curing processes with precision to achieve smooth, durable surfaces.

· Install rebar reinforcement securely within forms to provide structural integrity for foundations, walls, and slabs.

· Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support ongoing construction activities.

· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications.

· Assist with masonry tasks such as stucco, tile laying, and restoration work as needed.

· Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and installing building materials, including metal studs and trim carpentry components.

· Support other trades such as carpentry, roofing, plastering, and flooring installation during renovation or new construction projects.

· Operate heavy equipment when required for site preparation or material transport.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

· Proven experience as a Concrete worker or similar role within the construction industry.

· Strong mechanical knowledge related to concrete mixers, pumps, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.

· Skilled in rebar installation, concrete forming, finishing techniques, and blueprint reading.

· Familiarity with masonry work, including stucco and tile laying, is a plus.

· Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on demanding job sites.

· Knowledge of schematics and technical drawings for accurate project execution.

· Experience with renovation projects or restoration work is advantageous.

· Excellent teamwork skills along with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely.
