Bright Group Solutions is growing and we're looking for experienced and reliable cleaners to join our team as W-2 employees.
We provide stable weekly hours, gas stipends, bonuses, and a positive, family-style work culture.

Location:

Service area: Fremont, San Jose, Santa Clara, Mountain View, Palo Alto

Must be able to travel between job sites within this area.

Schedule:

· Evenings & nights

· Approximately 3–4 hours per night (may vary based on operations)

· Part-time, with opportunity to grow

Pay:

· Hourly pay: $22/hour (based on experience)

· Mileage or gas stipend provided

About the Role:

· We are seeking a reliable, proactive Night Cleaning Supervisor to support our evening operations.

· This role is essential to ensuring night cleanings run smoothly. You will be the main point of contact for cleaners during night shifts, help resolve issues in real time, and step in to cover shifts when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for cleaners during night shifts

• Ensure all scheduled jobs are covered and completed

• Step in to cover shifts when a cleaner is absent or delayed

• Visit job sites to check quality and completion

• Support cleaners with questions, issues, or supply needs

• Communicate problems, updates, and improvements to management

• Help implement and improve systems, processes, and daily routines

• Ensure company standards, checklists, and professionalism are followed

• Maintain clear, calm, and professional communication

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

• Reliable car and valid driver's license

• Comfortable driving at night between Fremont and Palo Alto

• Cleaning, janitorial, or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong communication skills (text, call, app)

• Reliable, solution-oriented, and independent

• Able to step in and clean when required
