supporting multiple interconnected projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their executive assistant career who is eager to learn, grow, and become a trusted right hand in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

The Role

This position supports the
CEO and CSO/COO

in a
70% Executive Assistant / 30% Personal Assistant

capacity. You'll work closely with leadership on day-to-day priorities while learning how a multi-brand business operates behind the scenes.

We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and excited to build skills in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.

What You'll Do

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and day-to-day priorities for leadership
  • Coordinate across teams and ventures; track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
  • Draft emails, documents, and internal communications
  • Provide personal assistant support to the CEO (scheduling, logistics, errands)
  • Support light office management (ordering supplies, basic organization)
  • Assist with project coordination and operational tasks as needed
  • Jump in where needed and adapt as priorities shift

Who You Are

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable in a
    fast-paced, startup-style environment
  • Quick learner who picks up systems and tools easily
  • Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
  • Clear communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Flexible and open to supporting multiple projects and leaders

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience with
    Asana or other project management tools
  • Strong working knowledge of
    Google Workspace
  • Exposure to
    sales, marketing, or operations

Compensation, Benefits & Perks

  • $25–35/hour
