We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to our leadership team. Duties
- Manage and maintain detailed calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events with precision.
- Coordinate complex projects by tracking deadlines, preparing materials, and liaising with internal teams to ensure timely completion.
- Handle all aspects of office management including filing, data entry, document proofreading, transcription, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide executive administrative support such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing phone etiquette across multi-line phone systems.
- Assist with event planning for company functions or meetings by organizing logistics, securing venues, and coordinating attendee communications.
- Oversee bookkeeping tasks utilizing QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking while supporting basic bookkeeping duties.
- Facilitate communication between clients, vendors, and staff through professional customer service skills and effective front desk management.
- Use office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace tools, and DocuSign for digital signatures to streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data entry, transcription, proofreading, and clerical tasks.
- Demonstrated competence in calendar management using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace applications.
- Outstanding organizational skills complemented by attention to detail in filing, data entry, and document management.
- This is a full time on the road job. You will be provided with your own RV for your personal use. We generally follow the weather and move locations as seldom as possible.

Pay: $ $26.11 per hour
