Job Overview

The Chief Executive Advisor will serve as a senior strategic leader, providing high-level advisory support to the CEO and Board on corporate strategy, organizational development, and global execution. This role will focus on guiding Beauty Finance through growth, market expansion, and operational maturity within the new energy and clean technology sectors.

Reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Advisor will work closely with executive leadership to ensure strategic alignment, disciplined execution, and long-term value creation across all business functions.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned executive with deep experience in energy, technology, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries, and a proven ability to advise leadership teams during periods of transformation and scale.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Advisory & Strategic Leadership

Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board on corporate strategy, business priorities, and long-term growth planning.

Provide strategic guidance on organizational structure, operational scalability, and executive decision-making.

Support leadership in aligning vision, strategy, and execution across global operations.

Offer independent insight on market positioning, competitive dynamics, and strategic risks.

Strategic Planning & Business Transformation

Advise executive leadership on the development and execution of Beauty Finance's long-term strategic roadmap.

Translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, governance frameworks, and performance benchmarks.

Support transformation initiatives focused on scalability, operational efficiency, and innovation adoption.

Anticipate industry trends, policy developments, and technological shifts within the new energy sector to inform strategic decisions.

Global Expansion & Market Enablement

Provide strategic oversight and guidance for Beauty Finance's expansion into new markets and regions.

Advise on partnership strategies, ecosystem development, and cross-border collaboration.

Support alignment between technology innovation, capital deployment, and commercial execution.

Ensure strategic decisions support regulatory alignment, operational readiness, and sustainable growth.

Governance, Risk & Organizational Integrity

Advise on corporate governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.

Work with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure strategic alignment with regulatory and policy environments.

Support the development of risk mitigation, business continuity, and resilience planning at the executive level.

Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and long-term stewardship across the organization.

Leadership & Organizational Development

Mentor senior executives and emerging leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness and succession readiness.

Support the development of executive leadership pipelines and talent strategies.

Encourage cross-functional collaboration and alignment across global teams.

Champion Beauty Finance's values of sustainability, innovation, and responsible leadership.

Performance Oversight & Value Optimization

Advise on capital allocation, resource prioritization, and performance management frameworks.

Support the establishment of KPIs and executive dashboards linking strategy to measurable outcomes.

Provide guidance on operational optimization, productivity improvement, and long-term value creation.

Help ensure strategic initiatives deliver tangible financial, operational, and sustainability impact.

Qualifications

18–20+ years of senior executive experience in energy, clean technology, infrastructure, finance, or related sectors.

Demonstrated success advising CEOs and boards through growth, transformation, and global expansion.

Strong understanding of new energy technologies, sustainability frameworks, and capital-intensive business models.

Expertise in corporate strategy, governance, organizational development, and risk oversight.

Exceptional judgment, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
