We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Chef to be a critical part of our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise, oversee food production, and manage kitchen operations in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. As a Chef, you will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation while inspiring your team to achieve excellence every day. Your leadership will ensure smooth kitchen workflows and memorable guest experiences that keep patrons coming back for more.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective team management and leadership.
  • Participate and oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency with established standards and customer expectations.
  • Plan menus in collaboration with management, incorporating dietary requirements, seasonal ingredients, traditional Italian cuisine, and innovative culinary trends.
  • Manage inventory control and food ordering processes to minimize waste while ensuring the availability of fresh ingredients for daily operations.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards to guarantee a safe dining environment for guests and staff alike.
  • Monitor and suggest, workflow efficiency, and quality control to optimize overall kitchen performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in an Italian restaurant preferred.
  • Proven experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in food production and culinary arts.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience managing kitchen teams within a fast-paced setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of food safety protocols, dietary accommodations, and sanitation standards.
  • Expertise in menu planning, food handling, inventory management, and kitchen management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members effectively.
