Our team provides direct, comprehensive, individualized therapy services in a clinical (center-based) setting. Our Speech-Language Pathologist's responsibilities include:
- Conduct speech/language, augmentative communication, and oral motor assessments, re-assessments and make recommendations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to need.
- Develop an individualized plan of care including objective, measurable goals.
- Render therapy sessions according to plan of care using child-led, play based approaches
- Oversee a small team of SLP-As treating learners on your caseload.
- Complete all required documentation utilizing electronic records system in a timely manner, including but not limited to daily session notes, evaluation reports, progress notes, and discharge notes.
- Participate as a member of a multidisciplinary leadership team, collaborating for comprehensive treatment planning and ongoing quality of care improvement for Inspire clients and their families
- Participate in client treatment team meetings as necessary
- Effectively communicate with and provide guidance to clients, families, and all other team members
- Supervise SLP-As rendering treatment sessions to clients on your caseload.
Requirements:
- Must possess a current Kansas Speech-Language Pathology license or be eligible for licensure from KSDADS as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Knowledge or interest in early intervention practice with willingness to learn
- Experience or interest in working with children with autism spectrum disorders
- Knowledge of PECS, ASL, and AAC devices
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency preferred, but not required. If you need to complete your CFY, we'd love to chat Inspire staff members are qualified to complete clinical fellowship supervision

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
