Project Manager

Ferretti Search is partnering with a fast-growing infrastructure services firm to identify a Project Manager with deep
Primavera P6 expertise
to support a mandated utility program. This role supports work issued by a major regulated utility and has a core focus of scheduling, project controls, and cost forecasting within P6, not directing field crews or managing day-to-day construction execution.

Project Manager – Primavera - Scheduling & Project Controls

Location
: East side of Tampa

Schedule
: Full-time, Monday–Friday (5 days on-site preferred; limited hybrid considered for true Primavera/P6 SMEs)

Compensation
: Targeting approximately $125,000–$150,000 base + ~10% bonus + full benefits.

What will your day look like?

• Serve as the internal owner and primary point of contact for Primavera P6-driven project schedules.
• Coordinate project planning, sequencing, and execution readiness with operations teams.
• Maintain and communicate schedule updates, dependencies, and risk assessments to internal stakeholders.
• Partner with finance to align project schedules with budgets, forecasts, and cost impacts.
• Drive kickoff meetings, planning sessions, and ongoing cross-functional coordination.

Who are you?

• Hands-on Primavera P6 user with 5-7 years of experience, preferably within the utilities, infrastructure, or construction-adjacent realm.
• Experienced in project scheduling, project controls, or cost coordination - not afraid to take full ownership of schedule accuracy and reporting.
• Confident communicator who can manage complexity, work independently, and interface across departments.
• Bonus if you have experience supporting customer-driven capital project environments or familiarity with earned value and forecasting tools.
