Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Laborer to support our Maintenance Department. This position requires someone who can follow directions, work with their hands, and handle physically demanding tasks. You must be willing to perform any duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor and report back when tasks are completed.

Responsibilities

Maintenance & Labor Tasks

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Assist with repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep.
• Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.

Additional Expectations

• Must be punctual; unexcused tardiness or absences will not be tolerated.
• Must be willing to get dirty and work in an industrial environment.

Communication

• Report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Notify the supervisor when tasks are completed or when additional instructions are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends if needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding labor.
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Able to stand, bend, kneel, and stoop for long periods.

Note: Pay is determined off of skills and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
