Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Project Manager based in Coconut Creek, FL, with flexibility to work remotely at times. The Senior Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on schedule, within scope, and in alignment with budgetary goals. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams, managing logistics and timelines, conducting inspections, and overseeing expediting efforts to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to develop schedules, monitor timelines, and oversee budgets effectively.
• Proficiency in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely project progress and on-time delivery of materials.
• Expertise in Inspection processes, including ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Experience in Logistics Management, including coordinating resources and streamlining project operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in managing commercial or residential construction projects is highly desirable.
