Schedule: 2nd Shift (2pm-10:30pm)

Job Summary

RXL is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Machine Operator to join our team at the Madera facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating laser cutting equipment to produce high‑quality metal components according to specifications. This role requires accuracy, the ability to read measurements and blueprints, and a strong commitment to safety and productivity. Candidates should be reliable, efficient, and able to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate laser cutting machines to process metal parts according to work orders
• Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and technical specifications
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and proper tolerances
• Perform basic machine maintenance and report mechanical issues
• Set up materials, adjust machine settings, and monitor cutting operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Assist with troubleshooting cutting issues and making necessary adjustments
• Additional duties assigned by management

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience operating laser, CNC, or similar machinery
• Ability to read measurements accurately
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
• Basic math skills required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift and move materials safely
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
