Carpenter/Lead Carpenter/Foreman

Job description and Responsibilities:
-Lead small to medium construction projects from start to finish with 2-4 other carpenters.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Perform various carpentry tasks such as framing, trim work, window/door installation, cabinet installation, deck building, truss setting, drywall, painting and other construction skills.

• Skills:
• • Extensive experience in carpentry and construction- Proficiency in various carpentry techniques and tools- Excellent leadership and communication skills- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various weather conditionsThis position offers above average pay based on experience.
