Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Asset Manager/Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities management and maintenance operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the maintenance and reliability of industrial equipment, manage maintenance teams, and ensure optimal functioning of all facility systems. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

  • Staff Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate maintenance technicians and supervisors to foster a high-performing work environment. Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for all facility equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, low and high voltage systems, and industrial machinery.
  • Asset Lifecycle Management: Oversee assets from acquisition to disposal, tracking condition, maintenance history, work orders, and planning for upgrades/replacement.
  • Maintenance Operations: Develop schedules, assign work orders, perform inspections, and manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
  • Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or equipment installations, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations related to electrical systems (including high voltage), industrial maintenance practices, and environmental protocols.
  • Collaborate with management to optimize asset utilization, reduce downtime, and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Systems & Data: Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking and reporting, analyzing data for capital planning.
  • Budget & Planning: Contribute to capital budgets, manage resources, and make cost-benefit analyses to reduce downtime and improve overall operational efficiency (repair vs. replace)

Skills

  • Proven management experience with strong leadership capabilities in supervising maintenance teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and electrical troubleshooting including low and high voltage systems.
  • Proficiency with CMMS software for maintenance planning and record keeping.
  • Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, industrial machinery, and manufacturing equipment.
  • Skilled in facilities management practices with an emphasis on safety compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Ability to read technical schematics accurately; experience using tools such as ohmmeters for diagnostics.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills in English for effective team coordination and reporting.
