Part-Time Cleaner

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our property. This position is responsible for cleaning both indoor and outdoor areas, ensuring that residents and visitors always experience well-kept spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain outdoor areas such as patios, entryways, and walkways.
• Perform cleaning inside apartments as needed (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens).
• Maintain shared/common areas, including hallways, stair landings, and lobbies.
• Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards, or supply shortages to management.
• Follow cleaning and safety procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in creating a clean environment.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Reliability and punctuality are a must.

Schedule

• Part-Time Position – schedule may vary; flexibility required.

Projected Total Compensation: $ $17.00 per hour
