- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and callers.
- Answer and route incoming calls; manage reception and visitor flow.
- Schedule and coordinate conference rooms, meetings, and training spaces.
- Maintain corporate directories, phone lists, and employee contact information.
- Provide professional representation of the organization at all times.
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate janitorial services, building maintenance, and vendor support.
- Monitor office equipment, printers, postage systems, and shared resources.
- Oversee office cleanliness, breakroom supplies, and common areas.
- Coordinate safety and compliance inspections (AEDs, fire extinguishers, first aid supplies).
- Maintain breakroom replacements and restock inventory, including weekly Costco, coffee & other deliveries.
- Process, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing mail (USPS, FedEx, UPS).
- Manage postage systems and shipping accounts.
- Ensure secure handling and routing of checks and sensitive documents.
