Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Craft Cocktail Bartender who is passionate about cocktails, knowledgeable about spirits, and excited to be part of a collaborative team. This role is ideal for a bartender who values preparation, consistency, and creativity, and who takes pride in maintaining an organized, well-run bar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute craft cocktails using fresh ingredients made daily
• Open and close the bar, including all cleaning, breakdown, and side work
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout service
• Prep juices, syrups, garnishes, and other bar ingredients to house standards
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of spirits, cocktails, preparation methods, and flavor profiles
• Provide warm, attentive guest service in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate inventory levels, shortages, and ingredient needs with the General Manager
• Follow all alcohol safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Work collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of bartending experience, craft cocktail experience required
• Strong knowledge of liquor categories, classic cocktails, and modern techniques
• Experience working with fresh ingredients and scratch preparation
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy services
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability
• Must be available Wednesday–Sunday evenings
