skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner
to join our dedicated Rheumatology team. What You'll Do:

Patient Care Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans
  • Diagnose and treat rheumatologic conditions, prescribing medications as needed
  • Provide preventive care services including screenings and patient education

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain accurate and compliant electronic health records
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • Education:
    Master's degree or higher
  • Licensure:
    Nurse Practitioner license required
  • Experience:
    1–5 years in a clinical or practice setting; geriatric care experience a plus
