Crossroads Irish Dance is a 25-year, community-centered dance studio where relationships matter. We are looking for a Customer Care Champion, someone dependable, people-focused, and organized, who enjoys supporting families and being a consistent, welcoming presence during our busiest hours.

This role is about reliability, connection, and growing with a studio that values customer experience as much as great dancing.

The Reality of This Role (Up Front)

  • This position starts at a minimum of 5 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as the studio grows.
  • Our class schedule, and therefore staffing needs, are tied directly to enrollment. Hours may increase over time, but consistency and alignment are most important at the start.
  • If you are looking for guaranteed high hours, fully remote work, or highly flexible scheduling, this role will not be the right fit.

Studio Schedule & Coverage Needs

We currently run classes during the following times:

  • Monday–Thursday: 4:30–8:30 PM
  • Saturday mornings: office coverage needed
  • Fridays & Sundays: currently no classes (future growth possible)
  • Team Meetings- We typically have monthly staff meetings Friday evenings for 30-45 minutes.
  • Onboarding & Training- Conducted Monday–Friday during morning or afternoon hours. Paid training with hands-on support and systems walkthroughs

Customer Care Champions are scheduled during these class hours to support families, dancers, and studio operations.

What This Role Is Really About

As a Customer Care Champion, you are one of the most important people in the Crossroads experience.

You will:

  • Be a calm, welcoming presence for families and dancers
  • Answer questions and guide next steps with clarity and kindness
  • Support enrollment and class-day logistics
  • Help keep the studio running smoothly during class hours

You will receive training, systems, and leadership support, you are not expected to "figure it out on your own."

Key Responsibilities In-Studio Customer Care

  • Greet families and dancers during class hours
  • Answer questions about schedules, classes, and studio policies
  • Support trial dancers and enrollment conversations
  • Maintain a welcoming, professional lobby environment
  • Communicate clearly with teachers and leadership as needed

Administrative Support (Onsite)

  • Respond to emails and messages during scheduled shifts
  • Log notes and updates accurately in studio systems
  • Assist with scheduling, records, and follow-up
  • Follow established processes and communication guidelines
